Quality (MASE - ISO)

By making safety our priority, we have acquired MASE certification. This certification validates our constant quest to improve the safety culture within our company, with our teams and our clients.

Our teams include first aiders and all staff are aware of and involved in the HSE approach instilled by the management on a daily basis.

As safety is everyone’s business, we involve our teams very closely and provide feedback through a very demanding QSE policy and a great deal of sharing on specific topics. The presence of management in the field represents a real demonstration of the teams’ involvement in safety.

All new arrivals to the teams are given a QHSE welcome and a period of support to ensure their integration into the high METALENERGY safety standards.

METALENERGY adapts its quality compliance according to the requirements of its business sectors and customers in order to maintain optimal competitiveness.

All the projects carried out by our teams integrate a strong lean manufacturing approach and preparation of activities to guarantee optimal service quality.

Safety management and respect for quality within all METALENERGY processes guarantee the application of a Quality system based on ISO 9001 (certification objective 2023).

In order to concretise METALENERGY’s strong experience in the Offshore sector, the Welding Coordination (ISO 3834) and Metal Structures Certification (EN 1090) certifications are integrated into the 2023 certification objectives.

Through its experience, particularly on shipbuilding/repair and industrial maintenance sites, our technicians are trained to respect operating procedures, to fill in Quality Records (QR) and to report any discrepancies noted on site. This allows us to ensure the traceability of all our interventions.
